Delete your RootKeep data
RootKeep: Offline Family Tree, published on Google Play by identityKa (Plainwharf). Contact: support@plainwharf.com
RootKeep has no accounts. Your family tree, photos and backups are stored only on your phone, so you delete them yourself.
Delete everything on the phone
- Open Android Settings → Apps → RootKeep → Storage.
- Tap Clear data (or Clear storage) and confirm. Alternatively, uninstall the app.
This deletes the whole tree, all photos copied into the app, all backups and all settings. Single people, photos and backups can also be deleted inside the app.
Kept: GEDCOM, GEDZIP and PDF files you exported or shared, and your Pro purchase (it belongs to your Google account).
Purchase records
The app sends no usage statistics. The only data held outside your phone is the purchase record kept by RevenueCat (random app user ID, product, price, date) to restore Pro and for accounting. To ask for its deletion, email support@plainwharf.com with the subject “Delete data”; we answer within 30 days. Records needed for legal accounting obligations may be kept for the period the law requires.
