Gradenest: Teacher Gradebook
Your class gradebook in your pocket. Your country’s grading scale is built in. Student data stays encrypted on your phone. No account, no cloud.
What it does
- Grading scales ready to use: Germany 1–6 (with + and −) and Oberstufe 0–15 points, Austria 1–5, Switzerland 6–1, France 0–20, Spain 0–10, Italy 1–10 (with ½, + and −), Poland 1–6, Netherlands 1–10, Brazil 0–10, US A–F and percent, UK 9–1. You can copy any scale and change the pass mark, rounding and steps, or build your own.
- Categories with weights (for example written 50 % / oral 50 %), tests marked in points and converted to grades, and one-tap oral grades during the lesson.
- Term and year report grades: weighted average, rounding from your scale, a warning when a student is on the borderline, and your own override with a reason.
- Attendance (present, absent, late, excused) with term totals, and dated notes on behaviour and parent meetings.
- Class list from a CSV file or pasted from a spreadsheet.
- Class grade table as CSV or PDF, and a one-page student summary for parent meetings.
- New school year: take your classes and students along with one tap.
- English, Deutsch, Español, Italiano, Français, Polski and Português (Brasil), with the school terms teachers use.
