Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 October 2026. Contact: support@plainwharf.com
These terms apply to Dutyloop: Shift Calendar (“the app”), published on Google Play by identityKa under the Plainwharf name (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. The terms of the store you downloaded the app from also apply.
What the app is
Dutyloop is a personal planning and record tool for people who work rotating shifts. You enter your rotation, changes and the times you worked; the app shows the calendar and adds up the hours from what you entered. It is not an official working-time record and does not replace your employer's records, your contract or a collective agreement. Amounts are estimates (hours × the hourly rate you enter) before any deductions; they are not a payslip and not advice. Always check your schedule with your employer.
Reminders are approximate: Android may delay them by up to an hour to save battery, and a phone that is off, in power saving or has notifications turned off may not show them at all. Do not rely on the app as your only alarm.
Free plan and Pro
- The free plan includes 1 job and rotation, the full calendar, day changes, monthly hours, reminders, backups and month images, with no ads. Images made with the free plan carry a small line with the app name and web address, and the share text includes a link to the app.
- Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Where local law gives you additional rights (for example a withdrawal right in the EU), those rights apply.
- To get Pro back on a new phone, use the same Google account and tap “Restore purchase” in Settings.
Your data and backups
Your data is stored only on your device. We cannot see or recover it. Uninstalling the app or losing the phone deletes it unless you have kept a backup file somewhere else.
Acceptable use
Respect the privacy of colleagues if you write their names in notes or tags and share reports. Do not use the app to break the law. Do not reverse engineer the app except where law allows.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed shifts or reminders, wrong hours or amounts, lost data or lost earnings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we will show it in the app or on this page with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
