Rotations ready to use

- Clock changes are handled: a night shift on the night the clocks change counts 7 or 9 hours, a 24-hour shift 23 or 25.
Your days and your hours
- Tap a day to mark leave, a sick day, a swap with a colleague or an extra shift, and add a short note.
- Log the actual start, end and break. The difference from the plan becomes overtime.
- Optional workplace or project tag with an hourly rate.
- Monthly hours: shifts, planned and worked hours, overtime, night hours, days off and sick days, and hours per workplace or project with an estimated gross amount (hours × hourly rate).
- Hours report as PDF or CSV for your own records (Pro).
Share, remind, back up
- Month image in portrait (1080 × 1350) or square (1080 × 1080) format with a colour key, for your partner, family or team.
- Shift reminder 30 minutes to 12 hours before a shift. Reminders are approximate: Android may show them up to an hour late to save battery.
- Backup file (

Free and Pro
Free, with no ads: 1 job and rotation, the full calendar, days off and changes, monthly hours, reminders, backups and the month image. Images made with the free version carry a small line at the bottom (“Made with Dutyloop · plainwharf.com/dutyloop”), and the share text includes a link to the app. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: several jobs or rotations, a home screen widget with today's and tomorrow's shift, your own shift colours, the hours report as PDF and CSV, and images without the line.
What it is not
Dutyloop is a personal record. It does not replace your employer's official time records, and it does not calculate take-home pay or deductions: amounts are only hours × the hourly rate you enter, shown as an estimate. There are no team rosters, no accounts and no syncing.
Your data
Your shifts, hours and notes stay on your phone. The app goes online only to check a purchase.
