These terms apply to ShotSheet: Photo Report & PDF (“the app”), published on Google Play by identityKa under the Plainwharf name (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. The terms of the store you downloaded the app from also apply.

The app

The app lets you take stamped photos, add notes and create PDF reports on your device. You may use it for personal and business purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and for having the right to photograph people and places.

Free plan and Pro

• The free plan includes unlimited stamped photos, up to 2 active projects and reports with up to 20 photos. Free reports carry a small “Created with ShotSheet” footer.
• Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a free trial for new subscribers where shown) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, you will be charged for the first year.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app). Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its policies. Where local law gives you additional rights (for example a withdrawal right in the EU), those rights apply.
• To get Pro back on a new phone, sign in with the same Google account and tap “Restore purchases” on the Pro screen.

Your data and backups

Your projects and photos are stored only on your device. We cannot see or recover them. Uninstalling the app or losing the phone deletes them unless you have exported a backup file. Keep backups of important work.

Stamps and reports

The date, time and location in stamps come from your device’s clock and location services and may be inaccurate. Addresses come from your phone’s address service and may be wrong; you can correct them. The app does not certify reports; check them before relying on them for legal, insurance or contractual purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to mislead (for example by presenting altered photos as original evidence) or to infringe others’ rights. Do not reverse engineer the app except where law allows.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we will show it in the app or on this page with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
