Delete your ShotSheet data

ShotSheet: Photo Report & PDF, published on Google Play by identityKa (Plainwharf). Contact: support@plainwharf.com

ShotSheet has no accounts. Your projects, photos and reports are stored only on your phone, so you delete them yourself in the app.

Delete everything in the app

  1. Open ShotSheet and tap Settings (gear icon).
  2. Under Data, tap Delete all data and confirm.
  3. Tap Close app, then open ShotSheet again. Deletion finishes on this start.

This deletes all projects, photos, notes, addresses, signatures, your company profile and logo, generated reports, app settings and privacy choices, and resets the analytics identifier on the device. Uninstalling the app has the same effect on data stored in the app.

Kept: photos you saved to your gallery, backup files you exported, and your Pro purchase (it belongs to your Google account; cancel subscriptions in Google Play).

Usage statistics and crash reports

Analytics and crash data sent to Google Firebase are not linked to your name or email. They are deleted automatically: analytics event data after at most 14 months, crash reports after 90 days. To stop sending them, turn them off in Settings → Privacy choices. To ask us to request earlier deletion of analytics data for your app instance, email support@plainwharf.com with the subject “Delete data”; we answer within 30 days.

Purchase records

RevenueCat keeps a record of purchases (random app user ID, product, price, date) to restore Pro and for accounting. Ask for deletion at support@plainwharf.com; records needed for legal accounting obligations may be kept for the period the law requires.
