These terms apply to PhotoDim: Photo Measure & PDF (“the app”), published on Google Play by identityKa under the Plainwharf name (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. The terms of the store you downloaded the app from also apply.

Measurements are yours

The app writes on photos the values that you enter. It does not measure by itself. Values calculated from a reference line, and angles, are estimates: perspective, lens distortion and surfaces that are not flat or not parallel to the camera make them inaccurate. They are marked with ≈. Always check important sizes with a tape or laser before cutting, ordering or quoting. Typical sizes in the checklists are for orientation only and are not legal or building-code advice. PhotoDim is a note-taking tool, not an official survey, billing or inspection document.

Free plan and Pro

• The free plan includes 3 projects with unlimited photos and dimension lines, all units and PNG/JPEG export without a watermark, with no ads.
• Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers where shown) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, you will be charged for the first year. The app offers a reminder one day before the trial ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (or Settings → Manage subscription in the app). Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its policies. Where local law gives you additional rights (for example a withdrawal right in the EU), those rights apply.
• To get Pro back on a new phone, use the same Google account and tap “Restore purchases” in Settings.

Your data and backups

Your photos and measurements are stored only on your device. We cannot see or recover them. Uninstalling the app or losing the phone deletes them unless you have kept a backup file somewhere else.

Acceptable use

Only add photos you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy when photographing homes and sites. Do not use the app to break the law. Do not reverse engineer the app except where law allows.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, wrong cuts or orders, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we will show it in the app or on this page with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
