Delete your PhotoDim data
PhotoDim: Photo Measure & PDF, published on Google Play by identityKa (Plainwharf). Contact: support@plainwharf.com
PhotoDim has no accounts. Your photos, measurements and projects are stored only on your phone, so you delete them yourself.
Delete everything on the phone
- Open Android Settings → Apps → PhotoDim → Storage.
- Tap Clear data (or Clear storage) and confirm. Alternatively, uninstall the app.
This deletes all projects, photos copied into the app, measurements, checklists, automatic backups and settings. Single projects and photos can also be deleted inside the app.
Kept: images, PDFs, CSV tables and backup files you exported, the original photos in your gallery, and your Pro purchase (it belongs to your Google account; cancel subscriptions in Google Play).
Purchase records
The app sends no usage statistics. The only data held outside your phone is the purchase record kept by RevenueCat (random app user ID, product, price, date) to restore Pro and for accounting. To ask for its deletion, email support@plainwharf.com with the subject “Delete data”; we answer within 30 days. Records needed for legal accounting obligations may be kept for the period the law requires.
