These terms apply to Cupgrid: Fixtures & Brackets (“the app”), published on Google Play by identityKa under the Plainwharf name (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. The terms of the store you downloaded the app from also apply.

What the app is

Cupgrid helps you plan and record amateur tournaments: fixtures, scores and tables. You enter the teams, the rules and the results; the app calculates the table from what you entered. Check the fixture and the table before you publish them. The app is not an official competition, federation or results service, and it has no betting, wagering or prize features. Do not use it to organise gambling.

Free plan and Pro

• The free plan includes 1 active tournament with up to 16 teams or players, league and knockout formats and image sharing, with no ads. Images made with the free plan carry a small line with the app name and web address, and the share text includes a link to the app.
• Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Where local law gives you additional rights (for example a withdrawal right in the EU), those rights apply.
• To get Pro back on a new phone, use the same Google account and tap “Restore purchases” in Settings.

Your data and backups

Your tournaments are stored only on your device. We cannot see or recover them. Uninstalling the app or losing the phone deletes them unless you have kept a backup file somewhere else.

Acceptable use

Only enter names you are allowed to use, and respect the privacy of the players you list when you share images. Do not use club crests, league names or other marks you have no right to use. Do not use the app to break the law. Do not reverse engineer the app except where law allows.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, wrong fixtures or tables, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we will show it in the app or on this page with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
