These terms apply to Brovo: Forehead Charades (“the app”), published on Google Play by identityKa under the Plainwharf name (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. The terms of the store you downloaded the app from also apply.

Play safely

The game is played with the phone on your forehead and with acting. Keep enough space around you, hold the phone firmly, and do not play while walking in traffic or driving.

Free plan and Pro

• Without Pro: both ways to play, five decks per language, two teams, three own decks and unlimited games, with no ads. The winner screen shows a small QR code leading to the app's web page.
• Pro is offered as a one-time purchase or a yearly plan. The price is shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country. The yearly plan renews until you cancel it in Google Play.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Where local law gives you additional rights (for example a withdrawal right in the EU), those rights apply.
• To get Pro back on a new phone, use the same Google account and tap “Restore purchases” in Settings.
• The free decks will not be reduced in later versions.

Content

We write the decks ourselves, in each language. They contain everyday words and are meant for all ages; if you find a word that is wrong or inappropriate, tell us and we will change it. You are responsible for the words you put in your own decks and share.

Your data and backups

Your data is stored only on your device. We cannot see or recover it. Uninstalling the app or losing the phone deletes it unless you have kept a backup file somewhere else.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, injuries during play, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we will show it on this page with a new date. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
